Responsibilities

• Create efficient cleaning schedules and monitor staff performance to ensure quality control.
• Implement ongoing training and development programs for housekeeping employees.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Work collaboratively with management to develop guest services that exceed expectations.
• Track housekeeping metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of housekeeping experience, with supervisory experience being an advantage

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
