Job Description

Responsibilities

• Supervise the briquette production process from start to finish.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Keep accurate records of production output and quality checks.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Manufacturing Technology is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production

Technical Skills

• Computerized control systems

Certifications

• Forklift Operator License

Languages

• English: Fluent
