Job Description

As the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the supply chain operations, ensuring that our logistics activities meet customer satisfaction and operational excellence standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
• Monitor and analyze key logistics metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Manage the logistics budget and forecast future logistics needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate contracts with shipping and freight companies to optimize costs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
