Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to join our dedicated team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications through meticulous testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed test plans and strategies.
• Execute manual and automated tests.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback for enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Review and analyze system requirements and specifications.
• Document test cases and maintain testing environments.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues.
• Support and mentor junior testers.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA roles

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing
• Database Testing

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Mobile Testing: Hands-on experience in testing mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams and using Scrum methodologies.
