Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Bookkeeper. You will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to accounting principles. If you are passionate about numbers and finance, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial transactions and post data in accounting software.
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports periodically.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial audits.
  • Develop and enhance internal control processes to mitigate risks.
  • Train and supervise junior bookkeeping staff.
  • Advise management on financial decisions and strategies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies related to financial management.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Financial Accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is favored
Experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a bookkeeping role.
