We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues while providing exceptional customer service. This role is vital for maintaining the operational efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to user support requests and provide respectful customer service.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues with hardware, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Participate in IT projects and contribute to the implementation of technology upgrades.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for systems and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• IT degree or equivalent qualification

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
