As an IT Support Technician with Innovative IT Solutions, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for our client base in Port Elizabeth. Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
• Monitor and maintain IT inventory and assist with equipment procurement.
• Provide support for mobile devices and remote work setups.
• Participate in IT projects aimed at system upgrades and enhancements.
• Maintain user data backups and assist with data recovery as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in IT support
