Composition Molder

Job Description

As a Composition Molder, you'll be part of a team responsible for creating moulds for diverse products using techniques and materials like wood and foam. We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and significant experience in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Design and construct molds using various materials.
• Utilize CAD software for mold design when necessary.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials for molding processes.
• Optimize production methods for efficiency and quality.
• Provide feedback on process improvements to management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training in mold making is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years' experience in mold making or related field

Technical Skills

• Experience with CNC machines
• CAD software proficiency

Soft Skills

• Attention to safety
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Health and Safety Certification
• Certification in CNC Operations

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with various types of wood: Experience in selecting and utilizing different wood types for mold applications.
• Experience with quality assurance processes: Background in maintaining quality standards in the manufacturing process.
