• Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail industry trends.
• Organize team-building events to enhance team cohesion.
• Assist in selecting merchandise and planning displays.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in retail management, preferably in a high-volume environment
