Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in architecture with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software
• Building Codes

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Certified Green Building Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with sustainable design: Knowledge in sustainable architecture and green building practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools: Experience in tools like MS Project or Asana for project timeline management.
