We are searching for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing AI models to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine learning projects from conception through implementation.
• Utilize statistical analysis to inform ML model development.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop data pipelines for real-time data processing and analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical standards in AI.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience working with machine learning algorithms
