Project Manager

Job Description

We're seeking a proactive Project Manager to spearhead our initiatives in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct project teams and ensure collaborative efforts are effective.
• Analyze project performance metrics and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier and contractor relationships effectively.
• Drive innovation by suggesting improvements to project processes.
• Oversee team training and development to enhance project delivery skills.

• Engage in stakeholder management and reporting status updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years managing large-scale projects

• Risk Management

Certifications

• PRINCE2 Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
