We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will implement innovative solutions to improve manufacturing processes, enhance product quality, and optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance processes.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve process-related issues.
• Create detailed workflow diagrams for process mapping.
• Design and conduct experiments to validate process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops for continuous improvement methodologies.
• Monitor project milestones and report on progress.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-containment efforts.
• Collaborate with suppliers for process-related improvements.
• Prepare risk assessment reports for process changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of industrial engineering experience

Certifications
