Pharmacist

We are looking for a dynamic Pharmacist to become part of our pharmacy team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for managing prescriptions, advising patients on medication use and side effects, and maintaining medication inventory. Your expertise will help enhance our commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescription information and ensure proper knowledge of medications.
• Educate patients about medications, health risks, and treatment options.
• Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs.
• Conduct medication therapy management for chronic disease patients.
• Support medication adherence strategies amongst patients.
• Respond to medication inquiries from patients and healthcare providers.
• Monitor and manage drug therapy for potential interactions.
