Job Description

As a Fleet Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of the fleet, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations. You will manage driver schedules, maintenance tasks, and fleet reporting while minimizing costs and maximizing service quality. Responsibilities

  • Lead the fleet team, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of drivers.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet compliance standards and are regularly serviced.
  • Manage vendor relations for fleet maintenance services.
  • Conduct safety compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Support operational improvements and cost-effective practices.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of fleet activities.
  • Monitor incidents and accidents to improve safety protocols.
  • Provide support during emergency situations with fleet operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced Diploma in Transport Management preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in fleet supervision or logistics management
