Job Description

As a Shoulder Pad Molder, you will create high-quality shoulder pads that adhere to our design specifications. This role demands the ability to interpret technical drawings and operate specialized molding machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate molding machinery for shoulder pad production.
• Ensure that all materials meet quality criteria and specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections on an ongoing basis.
• Work with the design team to ensure accurate execution of technical drawings.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training new team members on machinery and processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in mold making is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills
