Job Description

The Channel Manager will be crucial in steering the growth of our distribution channels. This role involves not just the management of current partnerships but also the strategising of new opportunities for expansion. You will be working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns that resonate with our partners and ultimately drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to expand and optimize channel performance.
  • Develop promotional strategies for new product launches.
  • Maintain documentation of partner communications and feedback.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate channel effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Facilitate training sessions for partners on product features and benefits.
  • Create marketing materials that support channel partners’ efforts.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency with all stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets for channel partner promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess channel partner performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all partner dealings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or channel management.
