Responsibilities

• Drive project meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

• Evaluate project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Work closely with the R&D department to integrate new technologies into projects.
• Lead project retrospectives to learn from past projects and improve future performance.
• Act as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries.
• Maintain an organized project calendar and schedule.
• Support team members in professional development related to project management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and foster positive relationships.
• Compile project financials and monitor expenditures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or relevant discipline
• Master's degree with a focus on Project Management is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of experience managing aerospace projects
