Job Description

We are searching for a meticulous Auditor to join our talented team in East London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing audits to ensure compliance with legal standards and financial regulations, and providing valuable insights to enhance our clients' financial practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute audits in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Draft comprehensive audit reports and present to management.
• Engage with clients to evaluate their financial systems and controls.
• Identify areas of potential risk and ensure compliance.
• Support the development of audit methods and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to resolve audit discrepancies.
• Monitor regulatory changes and adjust practices accordingly.
• Conduct follow-up audits to verify implementation of recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of auditing experience preferred

Certifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))
