Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will oversee the operations of our healthcare facilities in Johannesburg. You will ensure compliance with health regulations, manage budgets, and improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Handle patient feedback and complaints, implementing changes to enhance satisfaction.
  • Lead projects aimed at streamlining healthcare operations.
  • Oversee medical records management and patient privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate the quality of services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management
