Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Packaging and Filling Machine Operator to work in our fruit canning division. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our fruit products are packaged efficiently, while also performing quality control checks throughout the canning process.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various canning machines.
• Conduct regular inspections of fruits and cans for quality assurance.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while performing duties.
• Collect and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Educate new team members on machine operation and safety standards.
• Participate in maintenance checks and report any malfunctions.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and job performance.
• Foster a teamwork-oriented environment on the production floor.
• Implement new workflows to increase efficiency.
• Assist with documentation for production logs and quality checks.

Advantageous

• Experience with food safety regulations: Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control procedures.
