Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the aerospace development cycle from feasibility studies to final production.
• Adapt and modify designs based on testing feedback.
• Support the application of best practices in engineering management.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to share project outcomes with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of engineering reports and documentation for regulatory submission.
• Implement improvements based on lessons learned from past projects.
• Contribute to technical specifications and requirements for aerospace products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is highly valued

Experience

• 5+ years in aerospace or mechanical engineering roles with proven expertise

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
