We are looking for an innovative Architect to join our growing firm in Stellenbosch. In this role, you will handle a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring that your designs meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements. Your ability to combine creativity with technical knowledge will be essential in delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and present architectural designs that align with client vision.
• Lead design review meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure alignment with architectural plans.
• Prepare project proposals, including timelines and budget estimates.
• Communicate with authorities to obtain necessary permits.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and project managers into designs.
• Research and apply sustainable practices in design work.
• Assist in marketing efforts by showcasing previous projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants during the construction phase.
• Ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking
• Project management

Certifications

• Registered Architect (RA)
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
