Job Description

Join our team as a Nurse, where you will be responsible for ensuring patients receive comprehensive care. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
  • Manage patient care in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to established protocols for patient care.
  • Support comfort and dignity of patients during treatment.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to discuss patient care.
  • Conduct discharge planning and patient education.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect for patient information.
  • Engage in continuous professional development.
  • Assist with administrative duties as necessary.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients and families.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience
  • 1+ years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinic
