Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing practices.
• Review engineering specifications and designs for accuracy.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to meet project goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in projects.
• Document lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field

Technical Skills

• CAD Software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Mechanical Analysis

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified Professional Engineer (CPE)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
