UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to enhance the user experience of our digital products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design engaging interfaces, conduct user research, and test design solutions to ensure optimal usability.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design projects from concept to completion, ensuring user needs are met.
• Produce design documentation, including style guides and specifications.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging visual content.
• Utilize data analytics to drive design improvements.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on design projects.
• Engage with users to gather feedback and refine user experiences.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders for approval.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related discipline
• Professional certifications in UX or UI Design are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio of previous work
