Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician who is passionate about technology and customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across various devices.
• Install and configure computer systems, networks, and peripheral equipment.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or repairs.
• Document all support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system.
• Assist users in resolving connectivity issues on LAN and WAN networks.
• Collaborate with other departments to ascertain technical requirements.
• Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades of existing software and hardware.
