Job Description

In the role of Hospitality Manager, you will drive our commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing budgeting, training staff, and coordinating events, all while ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Recruit, train and mentor front-line staff for operational success.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction and improve services accordingly.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets.
  • Establish and apply hospitality standards and quality assurance.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new guests.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor services.
  • Host and oversee special events and wakeful occasions.
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration among staff for seamless operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred

  • 5+ years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
