Job Responsibilities
  • Establish marketing goals and objectives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new marketing ideas.
  • Train and mentor junior marketing staff to enhance team capabilities.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses to enhance service offerings.
  • Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and brand guidelines.
  • Engage with customers to build loyalty and feedback loops.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree would be an advantage
  • Digital Marketing Expert in digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media marketing.
  • Content Creation Advanced skills in creating engaging content for various platforms.
  • Leadership Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • HubSpot Content Marketing Certification
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)
Advantageous
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design Software: Basic skills in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in Affiliate Marketing: Knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand visibility through partnerships.
