Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and implement appropriate interventions.
• Develop and manage treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Conduct follow-up assessments and communicate effectively with patients.
• Educate patients on management of chronic conditions.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Document and maintain records in compliance with health regulations.
• Participate in community health fairs and outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Certification from a recognized body

Experience

• At least 3 years in an advanced practice nursing role

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Afrikaans.
