Responsibilities

• Research new materials and technologies for aerospace applications.
• Work together with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical support as needed.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for engineering projects.
• Ensure adherence to time schedules and project milestones.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Aerospace Engineering or similar discipline
• MSc is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of engineering experience in the aerospace sector

Technical Skills

• Aerospace Systems Engineering
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Communication skills
• Leadership

Certifications

• Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering License
• Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in UAV and Drones: Familiarity with Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and their operational parameters.
• Experience with software like MATLAB: Experience in programming and simulation using MATLAB tools.
