In the role of Site Reliability Engineer, you will work at the intersection of development and operations, ensuring robust and scalable systems. Engage with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovate our service delivery to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response initiatives and triage service outages.
• Evaluate and implement new technology solutions to enhance system performance.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define SLAs and SLOs.
• Provide on-call support for core systems as needed.
• Participate in capacity planning and manage growth.
• Review and improve system recovery processes.
• Assist with the deployment of application releases.
• Create actionable reports to communicate system performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Cloud Computing or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years in data engineering with a focus on reliability and optimization
