UX/UI Experience Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Experience Designer to join our creative team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. You will play a crucial role in shaping and improving our products' user interfaces while collaborating closely with developers and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end design process from concept to implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate design ideas.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create compelling user experiences.
• Ensure designs are aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design work.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align design goals with project timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design
