Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our team in East London. The ideal candidate will possess a knack for optimizing store operations and enhancing customer service. As a vital part of our management team, you will be responsible for cultivating a thriving retail environment and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a positive and productive team culture.

  • Report directly to the Store Director on store performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Retail Management or related field
Experience
  • At least 3 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
