Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Retail Manager to oversee our store operations in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, enhancing customer experience, and driving sales growth. You will implement strategies to improve store performance while ensuring a vibrant sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure a well-functioning store.
• Coach and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Set realistic sales targets and motivate staff to achieve them.
• Monitor inventory turnover and stock replenishment.
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure high standards of health and safety in-store.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Engage with customers for feedback and store improvement.
• Assist in planning promotional events and campaigns.
• Prepare and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• MBA is an added advantage

Experience

• Proven retail management experience of 5+ years
