Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hi Lo Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating Hi Lo equipment to load, unload, and move materials efficiently and safely within the warehouse or production facility. A strong emphasis on safety protocols and equipment maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload Hi Lo equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Track material movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Engage in routine equipment maintenance to prolong the life of machines.
  • Follow specific operational procedures as outlined by the supervisor.
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness when working in the warehouse.
  • Assist with departmental logistics and support team goals.
  • Participate in training sessions for safe equipment operation.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2+ years in a warehouse or production environment
Technical Skills
  • Forklift Operation
  • Safety Compliance

Certifications
  • Valid Hi Lo Driver's License
  • OSHA Forklift Certification (advantageous)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
