Job Description

In this key role, you'll supervise and coordinate assembly operations in our dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of assembly processes. You'll ensure that production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily assembly operations, ensuring optimum productivity and efficiency.
  • Implement and adhere to safety standards and practices in the assembly area.
  • Facilitate troubleshooting of assembly line issues and equipment failures.
  • Manage inventory levels of materials and components for assembly.
  • Enforce quality control measures and maintain compliance with specifications.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment through effective leadership.
  • Analyze production metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all assembly staff are trained in operational procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Proven experience in assembly line production and strong supervisory skills are required.
