Responsibilities

• Oversee the architectural design process from concept through to final implementation.
• Assess the environmental impact of proposed designs and materials.
• Continuously research and apply the latest architectural trends and advancements in technology.
• Mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance on best practices in design.
• Participate in project proposal presentations and interviews with potential clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit

Certifications

• Registered Architect (SA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
