Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you'll oversee multiple projects, ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding a team of dedicated professionals as we work together to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define project vision and deliverables in consultation with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive project execution by managing teams effectively.
• Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and continuously monitor project environments.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within project teams.
• Oversee project resources, ensuring effective utilization.
• Develop strategies to enhance team performance and project delivery.
• Report directly to management on project status and issues.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• PMP or similar certification is highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of successful projects.
