UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate UX Designer who can turn user insights into compelling design solutions. Your role will involve creating user personas, conducting usability testing, and providing input on design strategies to improve our products' usability.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather user feedback and insights.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure scalability.
• Analyze competitor designs and market trends for continuous improvement.
• Create visual concepts and scenarios to communicate design ideas.
• Engage with users to gather direct feedback through surveys and interviews.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather input.

Requirements

Education

• Additional certifications in UX design or related fields are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced design environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments for design and development.
