Job Description

Responsibilities

• Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD for design work.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align project goals.
• Support the development team during the implementation phase.
• Advocate for user-centered design throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or related field
• A Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Figma
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Critical thinking
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodologies: Understanding of Agile practices in the design process.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to facilitate better design collaboration.
