Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be critical in providing technical solutions to computer-related problems. Responsibilities

• Install and maintain operating systems and applications on end-user devices.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within the IT system.

• Conduct periodic audits of IT assets and systems.
• Enhance user satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support
