Job Description

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to specification. We are looking for a skilled leader with a passion for quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for all IT-related issues within the organization.
• Assist with the troubleshooting of network connectivity issues.
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures.
• Gather feedback from users to identify potential areas for improvement in IT services.
• Work closely with external vendors for hardware and software support.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with IT trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
