• Develop and implement testing procedures for prototypes.
• Analyze data from experiments to improve design accuracy.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders for project execution.
• Maintain an understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Utilize CAD software for design and drafting activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Support project management efforts and milestone tracking.
• Contribute to end-of-project reviews and documentation.
• Implement best practices in risk management and quality assurance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Aerospace Systems is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace design and development
