You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of food quality and presentation while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and open houses effectively.
• Build a strong network of contacts in the property market.
• Assist clients in understanding the real estate buying process.
• Prepare marketing strategies to ensure successful property sales.
• Act as a mediator between clients and other professionals, such as inspectors and appraisers.
• Utilize CRM software to track client interactions.
• Handle objections and overcome challenges during negotiations.
• Monitor client feedback and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients that extend beyond single transactions.
• Engage in continuous personal development to improve sales techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Higher qualification in Real Estate or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in real estate industry
