Job Description

Seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support our data initiatives in Durban. You will analyze and visualize data, generating insights that contribute to our strategic objectives. A strong understanding of statistical tools and techniques is essential.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data analysis results and communicate findings effectively.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data insights.
• Assist in the development of predictive models to forecast trends.
• Coordinate with IT to improve data systems and architecture.
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Computer Science
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a data analysis role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Tableau and Power BI: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools for business intelligence.
