Seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to support our cloud initiatives in Cape Town. You will work closely with development teams to streamline workflows, enhance system performance, and implement best practices in software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Implement containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Analyze system uptime and propose enhancements.
• Create and maintain scripts for automation purposes.
• Assist in migrating legacy systems to cloud platforms.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations

Certifications

• Docker Certified Associate

Languages
