Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention services in emergency situations.
• Engage in community development initiatives aimed at improving local resources.
• Evaluate and monitor client progress and adjust services as needed.
• Work closely with schools and healthcare providers to support families in need.
• Conduct home visits to assess family dynamics and living conditions.
• Foster relationships with clients to establish trust and facilitate communication.
• Advocate for policy changes that benefit vulnerable populations.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Master's degree in Social Work is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in social work or related field
