Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager in Cape Town, you will play a key role in enhancing our supply chain strategies and logistics operations. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can improve performance, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement processes and supplier contracts.
• Implement best practices for inventory management and logistics.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish KPIs to measure supply chain efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain the best prices.
• Supervise the distribution and transportation of goods.
• Train and develop team members in supply chain operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
