Production Worker - Impregnating Machine Operator

Job Description

As an Impregnating Machine Operator, you will be integral to our production team, responsible for setting up and operating impregnating machines. Your role will focus on ensuring machine efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate impregnating machines as per work orders.
• Ensure proper mixing and handling of resins and adhesives.
• Monitor machine performance and alter settings when necessary.
• Maintain detailed logs of production output and machine upkeep.
• Assist with quality control inspections proactively.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations strictly.
• Collaborate with the quality control and maintenance teams.
• Support efforts to improve production processes and efficiencies.
• Conduct routine checks of machinery to prevent malfunctions.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in machine operation or a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
